Creating the contract 

Arbolus has created some standard templates* to cover the most common engagement scenarios:

• Engaging an expert to advise long-term on a Private Equity deal
• Working on a business development project
• Experts providing general consulting services

Plainly then helps you choose the right one and create it by guiding you through a simple checklist.*

Sending your contract to the expert

Once you've created and finalized your contract, send it to the expert for signature by simply copying and pasting the signing link into the Arbolus Platform.

If you know the expert's email address, you can also send it to them directly from Plainly with one click.

Paying the expert

Once the expert has signed, you're ready to start working with them. 

When it comes to payment, you can choose to use Arbolus' payment service. Experts get paid instantly creating and all billing enquiries are handled by the Arbolus support team.

Alternatively, you're free to handle payment directly, outside of Arbolus.

Using your own standard contracts

If you've got your own process for engaging consultants - for example, your own documentation and certain internal pre-approvals or notifications that you need to happen before engaging a consultant - we can build a bespoke workflow for you/your legal team. 

Your standard contracts will be uploaded to Plainly and created via a checklist created specifically for you.
