If you were expecting Covered.law and have ended up at Plainly.com - don’t worry, you're still in the right place. We’ve changed our name and upgraded our website to reflect better who we are and how we ease our customers' admin challenges.

When we were first looking at the administrative challenges that hold business back and how to solve them, our thoughts were about providing a comprehensive solution that helped automate repetitive, mostly law-based tasks to free teams up to focus on higher value work. And, from this aim, Covered was born - workflows, automated documentation, secure e-signatures and document management to free up the administrative overload - no problem, we’ve got it Covered.

So far, so good ...but since we launched, our customers have helped us realise two things: (1) our service is useful for a lot more than just law - any routine business process, from recruitment to sales, to procurement, to anything else can be dramatically sped up using our platform - and (2) it isn’t only what we do that’s important, it’s how we do it - our straightforward, easy to set up, easy to use platform is what sets us apart. No baffling interface, no lengthy IT implementation - everything we do is designed with non technical, non expert end users in mind so that usage is maximised across the relevant parts of an organisation.

And so, with that insight, we started thinking that we should have a different name, one that better reflects the DNA of who we are and how we operate - clear, simple, obvious and easily understood, in a word plainly. Hence, Plainly.com is the new name for Covered - all existing client logins work and the interface is exactly the same - no fuss, no complications - but then you’d expect us to keep things straightforward wouldn’t you?
